All studios are the same size. Most have a queen bed and a single bed. These are called studio 3.
The studios with just a queen bed are called studio 2.
Studios are either standard or budget. Budget studios are very comfortable but are placed nearer the road, have less soundproofing, and have not had their bedding updated yet. They still contain a widescreen TV, a comfortable bed with clean sheets and pillowcases, and have everything required to make simple food. This does not include an oven or cook-top, but does include a small fridge to store drink and perishables.
The standard studios have had some significant upgrading, with new bedspreads, improved soundproofing, and more comfortable seating.
All the studios benefit from a good sized kitchenette, complete with sink, drainer, and worktop. This arrangement is far superior to most modern motels where studios have very limited space. None of the studios have cook-tops but are equipped with toasters, kettles, microwaves, and crockery etc.
The studios also benefit from a dual aspect, with views (on the upper two levels) of the city to the North, and the geysers to the South.
The widescreen TVs get very good digital Free-View pictures. DVD players are made available for anyone wishing to borrow from our free DVD library.
